This easy to make, deliciously thick milkshake takes a little bit of planning, but I promise that once it's done it's worth it! If you add hot chocolate ice cubes, you'll get a great chocolate-y taste for longer too.
How to make:
1) Measure 250ml milk of your choice and heat it up (I used a pan, but microwave would be fine!) As your milk heats up, stir a Choc-o-Lait stick in the milk until it fully melts- for this recipe I used milk chocolate, but dark would be great if you wanted to make this vegan!
2) Chill this in the fridge for at least an hour.
3) Pour chocolate milk into a blender and add half a tablespoon of smooth peanut butter. I also added three hot chocolate ice cubes to the mixture. Whizz it all together.
4) Pour into a glass and add more hot chocolate ice cubes, if you have them. Admittedly, it was very hot on the day I made this and I was grateful for any extra coolness I could get! By using ice cubes made with hot chocolate and milk, you're not diluting the milkshake as they melt. Delicious!
Enjoy!
