Rhum Cunessi , A praline based on the typical Cuneo chocolate. A crunchy chocolate shell hides a soft core of dark rum ganache, they're decadently rich and perfect for Christmas. Hailing from the Piedmont region of northern Italy.
In their words " Mandrile Melis Cuneese are created according to tradition: the handmade ganache is poured on a chocolate disk, to emulate the gestures of the pastry chef with a piping bag. The poured ganache is cooled and finally covered with a crunchy layer of dark chocolate. This craft process makes each chocolate unique in its form."
