Papua New Guinea Milk 37% Chocolate Giant Buttons This creamy milk chocolate comes from the Forastero beans of Papua and has a beautiful pink/copper colour. Its distinctive flavour has delicate aromatic notes of hazelnuts with a hint of caramel. Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Contains cocoa solids 37% minimum, milk solids 24% minimum.
Madagascar 67% Dark Chocolate Giant Buttons Dark chocolate buttons made with a blend of beans, mainly Forastero, with some Criollo and Trinitario The cocoa reveals a very intense round and sweet taste with a tempered bitterness.
