Happy new year! Let's hope this one is a little less... turbulent? We've been thinking about finding ways to restore a little balance after the festivities and one of the easiest (and most delicious ways) is by upping our intake of caffeine-free infusions. Whether your sleep cycle is disrupted by having time off, you want to increase your daily water intake or you're just looking for something new, we promise that fruit and herbal infusions have come a long, long way from dusty teabags that smelled delicious but tasted like bathwater.
Traditionally, herbal infusions have been used to help people feel better, whether it's chamomile with its calming properties, ginger for nausea or peppermint for digestion and/or headaches. Whether or not you believe in folk medicine, they are also delicious!
If you're looking for some calm in a turbulent world, Glacial Mint, with its blend of peppermint, lemongrass and liquorice is perfect for whiling away a spell of people watching, or try Mellow Yellow, a botanical brew that is as gorgeous to look at as it is brilliant as a late night cuppa.
For those of you who like your tea traditional, with milk (and maybe a bit of sugar), you could try something from our range of rooibos- most of which can be prepared in a similar way to black tea.
