Tea and gin make fabulous cocktail partners. We think it’s because gin has wonderfully crisp citrus and floral botanical flavours that work well with the delicacy of tea- but it also might just be because they are two of life's greatest pleasures!
Why not have a go at pairing them together in this citrussy, fresh cocktail?
Ingredients
50ml tea infused gin*
15ml dry vermouth
Fresh lemon
Ice cubes
Method
Before you start your cocktail creation, pop your glass into the freezer to chill. Put everything into a cocktail shaker, shake and strain into your chilled glass.
* 1 heaped teaspoon of Blue Lady leaf tea per 100ml of gin, infuse for an hour.
