First online order, usually do in-store or via phone. Really easy and staff super friendly on pick up.

This was my first order which I found very easy to do on line. Sales lady was very welcoming, chatty and polite. My order was ready for me, and I bought other goods whilst I was in the shop. Items I bought were very reasonably priced and good quality. Will definately order from there again.

Ordering and collection very easy and efficient - enjoying an excellent cup of Tugboat coffee as I write... This was my first order but I will be back for more.

Ordering on line is easy and my order was ready for me within the same day. The shop is a delightful den - coffees, teas, chocolates, treats and outstanding customer service.
