Henny & Joe's are a fabulous company based in Bath where they create this handmade, unique multi-award winning chai concentrate which is made from a traditional blend of therapeutic and warming spices that bottles the vibrancy and the true exotic taste of India.
Masala Chai
Simply add 1 - 2 tablespoons per mug of water or milk and each bottle will give you approx 10 servings.
Henny & Joe's Chai Latte
To make a chai latte, simply put 1-2 tablespoons (15-30ml) of chai into a mug and then top up with milk. For the best results, stretch using a steam wand. If making at home, mix the same ingredients in a pan and heat to the preferred temperature. Use a whisk in the process to froth up! Alternatively, place in the microwave for a minute or two in a microwave-safe mug.
