The days are getting lighter- and so is our tea! A light oolong with gentle elderflower and tangy apple is the perfect tea to welcome the new season.
Taste Notes : Light & Lovely
Origin : China
Ingredients : Oolong tea, apple pieces, natural flavouring, heather blossoms,
red cornflower blossoms
Brewing : Brewing the best cup. One teaspoon per cup. Boiling water is too fierce for this Oolong tea. So, for just-off the boil water ( 80c ), simply boil the kettle, let it sit for two to three minutes, then brew your tea, 2 - 4 mins, a little honey or sugar, no milk but perhaps a slice of orange. If you give it a minute to cool after steeping before drinking the flavours should really come through. The leaves are suitable for one re-steeping.

I like to have a jug of this in the fridge on warm days.
I got this in an order for my husband and he loved it. He said it was so refreshing and it's the kind of drink he'd sit in the garden with as he reads. Will definitely be looking at buying again.
Lovely flavour, full of sunshine and relaxing tones! Will definitely buy again.
It is a nice and light tea very refreshing
