This coffee is grown and processed by a woman-only co-operative, which aims to increase social empowerment, not only of females working in the coffee industry, but in the entire area. The Café Femenino project now extends through several countries, and we are proud to be able to support their cause through this spectacular coffee. Bright, jammy acidity with milk chocolate and berry undertones.
I first bought this because I loved the ethos (coffee.grown by a network of women’s cooperatives). Then I loved the coffee too! Now I can’t imagine a morning without a moka-made Femenino with frothed hot milk.
Loving Tugboat coffee and this particular bean is great. straight onto my favourites list!
A really flavourful medium roast coffee.
I usually choose a dark roast coffee but the Femenino does not disappoint on richness and depth of flavour.
A really enjoyable, smooth cup of coffee and I will definitely be ordering another bag very soon.
This coffee has the most woderful aroma and taste. It has been my favourite of all the Tugboat coffees a delight in every cup!! Opening the packet transports you back to South America and to Tugboat shop in Truro
So full of flavour!! This is my favourite coffee I have bought from tugboat so far, it's so good!!
