Fratelli Sicilia, is an artisan bakery based in Paternò, Sicily. Owned and run by the Motto brothers, Piero & Salvo. Their remarkable panettone uses free range organic eggs, Italian flour, white butter and a commitment to perfection.
In their words "Fratelli Sicilia products are distinguished by the careful refinement of raw materials from the territory, without any use of artificial colors and flavors. Selected flours from the nearby Enna hills, eggs from free-range hens, Sicilian pistachios, pure chocolate, sultanas, butter for centrifugation of cream and citrus from Paternò. Panettone with citrus fruits, spreads and candied peel are our homage to the city that gave us birth and that we carry in our hearts with pride."
