The days are getting lighter- and so is our tea! A light oolong with gentle elderflower and tangy apple is the perfect tea to welcome the new season.

Ingredients : Oolong tea, apple pieces, natural flavouring, heather blossoms, red cornflower blossoms
Brewing : Brewing the best cup. One teaspoon per cup. Boiling water is too fierce for this Oolong tea. So, for just-off the boil water ( 80c ), simply boil the kettle, let it sit for two to three minutes, then brew your tea, 2 - 4 mins, a little honey or sugar, no milk but perhaps a slice of orange. If you give it a minute to cool after steeping before drinking the flavours should really come through.The leaves are suitable for one re-steeping.
