Nicaraguan La Bastilla

Possibly it is my method of making coffee, but I did not like this one that much; I found it a bit weak/shallow in flavour.
In my little hand-grinder, the beans were really tough to grind.

Exactly what one expects from Nicaraguan coffee: light in the mouth, with a big caffeine kick, ideal for breakfast. Ground just so for cafetieres. Will buy again.

It has a good balance of flavours and is very enjoyable.

That is how my husband described this coffee. He tried grinding the grounds smaller to help the brewing process, with no success. He always goes for a medium roast, this was a very pale brew and he said it had very little flavour. As a non coffee drinker I cannot comment.
