Merchant Of Truro

I drink my tea without milk and so often the tea is either so strong it coats your mouth with tannin or so weak that there is no taste. I come across the Tugboat about two years ago while on holiday and bought a small packet of the Merchant of Truro to try.
It brews beautifully and has flavour that does not attack your taste buds.
Since returning home to the Midlands I have continued to buy the Merchant of Truro online.

This tea is one of the smoothest even tasting teas we've tasted. It suits all occasions, breakfast, elevenses, lunch, all day and evening. I highly recommend this as a tea to try.

I have tried lots of black teas and breakfast teas from this supplier and others and this is my favourite. It does not take long to brew and makes a nice strong cup of tea with a lovely smooth taste.

I received a packet of Merchant of Truro as part of a Christmas present and now I'm hooked! So I promptly ordered more!! I don't like my tea too strong but it must have some bite and I find Merchant of Truro fits the bill perfectly. A deeply satisfying blend.
