Obviously you should always have ice cream on hand, just in case of an actual ice cream emergency, so this is just extra incentive.


4 heaped teaspoons of Strawberry & Kiwi Infusion
400ml boiling water
A glug of grenadine syrup to taste
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream - 3 is never enough.
Handful of fresh strawberries 
Add agave or sugar syrup to taste
Step 1

Brew the infusion with boiling water for 8 - 10 minutes, strain, stir in the grenadine, add a couple of ice cubes and pop into the fridge until chilled.

Step 2

When ready to serve divide your ice cream between two tall glasses and pour your brewed infusion over. Top with fresh strawberries and grab a spoon, a straw, sunglasses and a big floppy sunhat.
