Obviously you should always have ice cream on hand, just in case of an actual ice cream emergency, so this is just extra incentive.
Brew the infusion with boiling water for 8 - 10 minutes, strain, stir in the grenadine, add a couple of ice cubes and pop into the fridge until chilled.
When ready to serve divide your iinfusion between two tall glasses, add some of the sliced strawberries, lemonade and finally a couple of scoops of ice cream. Garnish with a few more strawberry slices and grab a spoon, a straw, sunglasses and a big floppy sunhat.
