Easy Coffee Ice Cream Recipe

Some of the best things in life are the simplest and this is our super simple, sublime coffee ice cream recipe.

300ml double cream
175g condensed milk
90ml (about 3 double espresso shots) strong, espresso coffee
30ml dark rum or a coffee liqueur


Whisk all the ingredients together until soft peaks form when you lift the whisk and the mixture is airy and fluffy like light whipped cream.


Fill an airtight container and freeze for six hours or overnight. You should get just under a pint of ice cream. Enjoy!
