Coffee Ice Cubes

When it's so hot that your cold brew needs an extra kick, you need to add coffee ice cubes! These are super easy and you could also add these to milk to make a milkshake-type drink, or why not experiment with using them in coffee-based cocktails? 

Choose your favourite coffee and brew it up as you would normally. So this means if you like your coffee strong and black (like espresso), make it as you usually would and then pour into the ice cube tray and freeze. Similarly, if you like your coffee with milk and sugar, make it like that and pop it in the freezer.

Simple, effective and delicious- all we need now is some warm weather and an excuse to kick back with a ice cold drink!
