Classic chai spices introduced to smooth,caffeine-free rooibos. It’s a Rooibos revelation. Quite sweet in taste and low in tannin, it's delicious hot or cold.
Brewing the best cup. One heaped teaspoon per cup. Boiling water, then brew your tea, 5+ mins, a little honey or sugar, with milk. Try this out as a simple, one mug, latte. Brew a heaped tsp with half a mug of water and top up with whisked-up milk ( coconut milk adds an extra layer of taste ) and sprinkled with cinnamon or ginger. Yummy.
3 tsp Chai
Brew Chai in freshly boiled water for at least 5 minutes. You can do this on the hob, in a teapot or just in a mug. However you brew the tea, you will need to strain it into a couple of mugs when ready to serve. Add sugar or honey to the warmed milk and whisk quickly until it's all nice and frothy, then pour onto your strained chai and sprinkle with cinnamon. Sit back and enjoy!
