    Brewing :  Use one teaspoon of infusion per cup and always use freshly boiled water. Allow to brew for 5+ minutes according to taste, depending on your preference for strength. Enjoy without milk.

    I love this tea. I have a cup of R&R in the evening and it helps me to unwind. The fennel, aniseed and camomile flavours compliment each other, making a tasty, relaxing brew. I like to take my tea weak, so the large bag of tea will last quite a while. But I will still be back to order more delicious teas to try from tugboat.

    Although like all Tugboat Tea's, they were of the highest standard the R & R we tried were not to our liking, we will probably try some of the other tea's but our favourite is still
