Orange Blossom Oolong

Orange blossom Oolong tea. Smells heavenly, amazing fresh orange aroma with a slight chestnut background. This is a wonderful large, loose leaf Formosa Oolong from Taiwan layered with orange blossoms, natural oils and peel.

TASTE NOTES : Twist Of Orange

ORIGIN : Taiwan

INGREDIENTS : Oolong Tea, Orange Blossom, Natural Flavouring

BREWING : Brewing the best cup. One teaspoon per cup. Boiling water is too fierce for this Oolong tea. So, for just-off the boil water ( 80c ), simply boil the kettle, let it sit for two to three minutes, then brew your tea, 2 - 4 mins, a little honey or sugar, no milk but perhaps a slice of orange. If you give it a minute to cool after steeping before drinking the flavours should really come through. The leaves are suitable for one re-steeping.

NOTES : Scented

Excellent service delicious tea

The tea is a delicious, light tea infused with a refreshing hint of orange. As always from Tugboat, delivery was extremely quick with the thoughtful addition of a personal note and a little free sample. Excellent, local small business . Thank you Tugboat teas.

Orange Blossom Oolong

The aroma of this tea is fabulous. It is a light and refreshing tea which I have found delightful on its own but also blended with Earl Grey. It gives the added but subtle taste of orange to the Earl Grey and a tea to enjoy in the afternoon.

Delicious

The light fragrance and taste of orange is very refreshing. I drink tea without milk and so can really enjoy this mix hot or cold.

A regular purchase

I only drink tea without milk, so the subtle orange flavour is great and it saves cutting up an orange or lemon and wondering what to do with the rest. A lighter option for times when a full flavoured black tea is too much, or for those who find Earl Grey too aromatic.
