Leave the day behind and enjoy a moment of calm. This sweet, aromatic and soothing herbal blend is perfect to end the day with.
Brewing the best cup. One teaspoon per cup. Boiling water, then brew your infusion, 5+ mins, try on its own the first time and then if you prefer, add milk or sugar to taste.
Just like its sibling rooibos, honeybush was discovered in South Africa in the 17th century. The honeybush shrub owes its name to the honey fragranced, bright yellow blossoms. Commonly used to make herbal teas it's pleasantly sweet, aromatic and a tad fuller bodied than rooibos.
honeybush, ginger pieces, apple pieces, flavouring, blackberry leaves, sunflower blossoms, white cornflower blossoms, pollen
When our daughter is visiting she always visits Tug Boat for coffees & teas to take home. Teas come our way too and this time she surprised me with Honeybush Tea. Having a stroke nearly 4 years ago left me unable to get to sleep easily but this tea has done wonders! The stroke left me without the capacity to taste very much, too, but I really can enjoy the complex flavours of Honeybush Tea so I ordered more packets & another tea.
Incidentally, in these days smothered by impersonal messages from computers, it was cheering to have a little message on the receipt personally scribbled by Jess.....................
Adore this honey flavoured mellow calming tea. It's really reviving in the afternoons if you need a pick-me-up.
Great mixed with Earl Grey.
This is the first tea I have tasted that delivers what it says. An aromatic, soothing and relaxing drink with just the right amount of sweetness. A must to try.
Never had this tea before but I enjoyed the flavour immensely- smooth but with a little kick nearer the bottom
