A light, smooth and quite mellow loose leaf China green tea with a touch of sweetness about it. Fresh and very easy to drink
Taste Notes : Lighter Green
Origin : China
Ingredients : China green tea
Brewing : Brewing the best cup. One teaspoon per cup. Boiling water is too fierce for green teas. So, for just-off the boil water, simply boil the kettle, let it sit for three to four minutes, then brew your tea, 2+ mins, a little honey or sugar, no milk.
Details : Chung Mee means 'Precious Eyebrows' a reference to some of the arched leaves resembling eyebrows.

This is the first green tea I have tried so wasn't sure what to expect. I quite like the refreshing, light taste of this tea.
I get this tea regularly for my Mum who has been drinking green tea for years, this blend is one of her favourites. Clean, classic taste that always tastes fresh.
My first foray into Green tea and was pleasantly surprised, not wishy-washy at all. I will make it a daily ritual.
