TERMS & CONDITIONS

This page tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website www.tugboat.co.uk to you.

ABOUT YOU
By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
After placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email and order number. This is your confirmation of your order with us. Completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered.You will receive a dispatch conformation email from us.

CONSUMER RIGHTS
As a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within fourteen days, beginning on the day after you received the products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy set out below. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

REFUNDS
We hope you are happy with any product purchased, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason read on :

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then Tugboat offers a replace or refund policy, please contact us as soon as the damage or mistake has been discovered to arrange return of the goods. 

CHANGE OF MIND
If you have changed your mind and the items are unsuitable then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund. You will incur the carriage charge for return of the goods. Please note that refunds are subject to the provided goods being saleable, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 10 working days for this process.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, all shipping back to Tugboat is to be paid for by the customer. We recommend that you obtain a ‘proof of delivery’ as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

DELIVERY
All orders placed by 1pm are packed up the same working day and sprinted up to the post office. Orders are sent Royal Mail 48 Tracked service or Parcelforce for larger orders. All orders can be expected within 2 to 3 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives or of course fully refund you if you wish. We offer free UK delivery on orders over £30 and at a cost of £3.30 for orders under £30.

PAYMENT
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Tugboat harmless from all liabilities, claims and expenses that arise out of the content you submit, post or transmit via the Tugboat  website, or from your use/misuse of the website or from your violation of the terms and conditions.

GOVERNING LAW
The contract between you and Tugboat under which you have made your purchases, it is agreed, shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, English law. The English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
