This triple certified coffee is grown by the Cocafelol co-operative in the mountainous Ocotepeque Region of Western Honduras. The farming co-op of just over three hundred members are regarded as one of the most progressive and environmentally friendly co-op’s in the world. An exceptionally sweet coffee with bright acidity, mellow body and a sweet nutty finish.
This is our go-to bean for our day to day, reliably good cup of coffee. We’re having lots of fun exploring other flavours, but we always come back to this as a quality, satisfying cup of coffee.
I decided to explore other medium roast options after crowning Cornish Gold our favourite, a risky business, and my wife wasn’t keen to mess with the coffee once we had settled on Gold. However, being brave , I ordered this coffee against my wife’s better judgment and prepared some for her perusal.
After a couple of pots just to make sure, it is now my wife’s favourite, and joint favourite with Cornish Gold for me. Each has a distinct smooth taste and a great aroma.
I love the sweet nutty flavour of this coffee. Its always on my order list
Gentle but full flavoured. Will order again - in larger amounts!
i have been buying this coffee since before lockdown. Lovely flavour, smooth, but not too strong
