Rich & nutty, with big notes of chocolate and praline and a mellow body. Grown in the San Pedro de Copan region of Honduras at an altitude of 1100-1400m by the Capucas co-operative. The caffeine is removed by the Swiss water process. This decaf coffee blend is largely sourced from Honduras, although the origin may vary depending on availability; this means that the tasting profile may also change slightly but it will always be a stunningly good cup of coffee.
