Super rich and warming. Smooth vanilla rooibos with little pieces of cinnamon and kibbled ginger. Aromatic, delicious, comfort in a cup and a great alternative to a more fruity winter tea- as well as being caffeine free
Brewing the best cup. Two teaspoons per cup. Boiling water, then brew your tea, 5+ mins, a little honey or sugar, with milk. Try this out as a simple, one mug, gingerbread latte. Brew a tsp with half a mug of water and top up with whisked-up milk ( coconut milk adds an extra layer of taste ) and sprinkled with cinnamon or ginger.
3 tsp Gingerbread Chai
Brew Gingerbread Chai in freshly boiled water for at least 5 minutes. You can do this on the hob, in a teapot or just in a mug. However you brew the tea, you will need to strain it into a couple of mugs ( ideally something suitably Christmassy ) when ready to serve. Add sugar or honey to the warmed milk and whisk quickly until it's all nice and frothy, then pour onto your strained chai and sprinkle with cinnamon. Gingernuts on the side are optional but highly recommended. Sit back and enjoy!

Simply the best chai tea that I have ever had! Warming, slightly sweet with just the right amount of spice. I drink this black with no sugar/honey and it's perfect! A really wonderful tea.
I love this one as a dessert tea, it's sweet and subtly spicy! Finished off the last of the packet at the beginning of Jan and will definitely be ordering more in Feb... If its still around!

Lovely autumn evening chai. At the moment I am drinking it black, I don't add sugar. Complex ginger flavor, occasionally I have a tot of whiskey along side. I have made it with milk which is also lovely.
