    HOW MUCH TEA?

    Dark, bold and wonderfully aromatic. This Broken Orange Pekoe black leaf tea from the Nilgiri mountains of Southern India takes milk well and is a great thirst quenching early morning tea.

    Taste Notes : Brisk
    Black Tea

    Brewing :  Use one teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup and always use freshly boiled water. Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes according to taste, depending on your preference for strength. Enjoy with or without milk.

    Details : Grown in the hills of the Nilgiris district of Tamil Nadu in Southern India it is also known as blue mountain tea.

    A good Breakfast Tea.

    I enjoy the taste and flavour. It brews a good cuppa and is an excellent breakfast tea. It is more refined than Ceylon Pekoe, although it is from the same family. Possibly this is due to the mountainous highlands where it is grown.

    Deep and crisp

    Really lovely black tea, I find it best without milk, but it does take milk nicely if wanted. Has a deep flavour while remaining crisp and refreshing on the palate. Definitely best as an early morning brew.
    Combing with kemun creates a nice balance of flavours for a well rounded breakfast tea.
    Tugboat service was also better than expected. I got a personalised note and a free sample in my package!!
