    A little oasis of calm in a cup. Stunningly beautiful infusion of herbs, fruits & blossoms for a light, fresh taste with a touch of fruity sweetness.

    Brewing :  Two teaspoons per cup. Boiling water, then brew your infusion, 5+ mins, sweeten to taste, without milk.

    Ingredients : sultanas, apple pieces, mango cubes (mango, sugar), lemon grass, rose hip peel, hibiscus blossoms, orange peel, carrot shreds, stinging nettle leaves, sweet blackberry leaves, freeze-dried tangerine-orange pieces, blue cornflower blossoms, mallow blossoms, marigold blossoms, rose petals, rosebuds, safflower.

    Try introducing a little Harmony into your day

    Herbal fruity teas were not my usual go to - I normally prefer my tea to have caffeine. Recently I decided to try intermittent fasting which meant ditching my late evening milky brew. I had a small free sample of Harmony in a previous order and decided to give it a try. The mix of fruity and floral ingredients looks great and tastes fresh and fruity. It convinced me to buy a bag. Harmony now is part of my routine - I still get my caffeine hits from Tugboat’s Ethiopian mocha and Darjeeling black tea.

    Harmony... Really does what it says on the tin!!!

    A fresh yet fruity infusion of such well thought out herbs and fruits. A relaxing yet uplifting experience, definitely my "go to tea" in the afternoon.
