    Brewing :  Brewing the best cup. One teaspoon per cup. Boiling water is too fierce for green teas. So, for just-off the boil water, simply boil the kettle, let it sit for three to four minutes, then brew your tea, 2+ mins, no milk.

    Excellent service

    I buy all my tea and coffee from Tugboat. The service and quality is second to none.
    This order included my regular purchase of China Sencha tea. Its mellow, sweet earthy taste is perfect for my first and last drink of the day. In between I enjoy coffee in the morning followed by Lapsang Souchong tea at lunchtime. My cup of Earl Grey in the afternoon is equally excellent.
    Far superior to any tea purchased in a supermarket.

    Amazing experience for the senses

    Tugboat teas are an amazing experience for the senses - the fresh smell, the crunch of a spoon into the loose tea, the rich colour and the smooth flavoursome taste, all add to make a wonderful relaxing experience, something I’ve not noticed with any other tea. So pleased we found Tugboat. Amazing customer service too!
