Details : Kenya produce some of the world’s most distinctive coffees and this little beauty is a superb, aromatic, flavourful example. A highly prized Zawadi coffee, purely peaberry beans, grown in the high-altitude plateaus of Kenya. Only a small percentage of coffee beans grown are peaberries and this unique type are created when only one seed inside the berry germinates and grows into a single oval bean, rather than two flat faced sides. The percentage of peaberry mutation is dependent on rainfall and heat – the higher the heat, and lower the rainfall, the more peaberries. These smaller beans are sorted through the farm’s processing plant, separated according to size and weight.

memories of East Africa . A must buy. One of my favorites
This is my wife's favourite coffee to the point she ll not drink any other. My own taste is for a stronger roast but she loves the gentleness of the peaberry to get her through the morning. Strongly reccomend to anyone who likes a milder taste.
This is an excellent and refreshing blend.
Full of gentle flavours
This bean is roasted to perfection. It has gentle but subtle fruit and sweet flavour. Recommend to anyone wishing a more refreshing coffee..
Second time I've bought this coffee bean and I went for the larger bag as I enjoyed it so much the first time! If you like a lighter coffee that still has some body, this is perfect for everyday drinking.
