Raspberry Rhubarb Smoothie

Some mornings, it’s too much faff to prepare breakfast. Why not make this super easy, healthy and tasty rooibos based smoothie recipe? It’ll get you up and ready to face whatever the day throws at you!

150ml Raspberry Rhubarb Ripple

125ml milk (any milk works, but we like oat milk to make it more breakfast-y!)

1 banana

Handful of frozen raspberries

Brew the tea (one or two teaspoons of tea, depending on taste) and remove the tea once ready. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and go!
