A cocktail that does exactly what it says on the tin!
Ingredients
100ml of strong brewed coffee ( Our Tugboat Java works well )
50g of icing sugar
20ml of hot water (just off the boil)
50ml of whisky
40ml of double cream
Ice
Method
Brew your coffee and leave until cool. Add the hot water to the icing sugar stir to a paste and then add the whisky and cold coffee.
Top up with the double cream, give it a shake or a decent stir and pour into a couple of ice filled glass.
Serves 2
