Coffee and vodka are a perfectly sophisticated pairing and this is one of those cocktails that will become a real staple in your entertaining tool kit.
You really do need a cocktail shaker and a martini glass for this one.
Ingredients
50 ml Vodka
35 ml Coffee Liqueur
Espresso Shot - can recommend our Tugboat 23
Ice
A few coffee beans to garnish
Method
First get your martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes to cool down. Take the vodka, coffee liqueur, a single shot of a good espresso and ice cubes. All into your shaker and then really, really shake. You need the ice to crush up and chill everything down quickly which will help create good frothy top. Pour into your chilled glass, top with a couple of coffee beans, sip and smile.
