Due to a price rise by Royal Mail, which we are unable to absorb, we have had to make the decision to change our postal delivery from Royal Mail 24 Tracked to Royal Mail 48 Tracked. This will allow us to keep our delivery costs at £3.30 (or free on orders over £30). As we work hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible, we are hoping that this will have a minimal impact. We appreciate your ongoing support during these unusual times.

Your tea and coffee have become a very important part of my day. Had to get a larger mug as the tea is just so good!! Thank you for “hanging in there” and getting orders out super quick. When I next visit family in Cornwall I shall definitely be popping in to say hello.

Well done, Tugboat. The biggest change for us during lockdown has to be our change to “proper coffee”, much to our daughters delight. We’re enjoying the Italian dark roast and the decaf Honduras dark roast. Also all family and friends that had your coffee and hot chocolate gift boxes, as Christmas presents, were delighted with them.
