Gianduja chocolates are a Piedmontese speciality made in a traditional way by grinding the finest quality Piedmont hazelnuts into a paste and combining them with chocolate.The result is an exceptionally rich, soft chocolate with a deliciously nutty taste.
Gianduiotti is a specialty of Turin, and takes its name from gianduja. They are individually wrapped in an ingot shape.
Cremino is a layered chocolate, milk and dark gianduja with a layer of hazelnut cream inside, typically square in shape and very creamy in taste.
