Furniss have been busy baking biscuits in Cornwall since 1886, so you know that they’re experts! Created in Truro by master baker, John Cooper Furniss, they still bake as they have always done, using the best quality locally sourced ingredients. These are their two signature cartons which pair pefectly with our teas and coffees.

Cornish Clotted Cream Shortbread
Irresistibly crumbly, decidedly moreish shortbread made with Cornish clotted cream.
Ingredients : Wheat Flour, Butter (Milk) (28%), Sugar, Cornish Clotted Cream (Milk) (8%), Salt. Wheat Flour Contains: Wheat Flour, Calcium Sulphate, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamine.

Original Cornish Fairings
A favourite for over 100 years, these uniquely spiced biscuits have a taste that is right out of Cornwall.
Ingredients : Wheat Flour, Sugar, Invert Sugar Syrup, Butter (Milk), Vegetable Fat (Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil), Rice Flour, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Ammonium Bicarbonate), Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt, Raising Agent: Ammonium Bicarbonate, Spices), Salt, Natural Lemon Flavouring. Wheat Flour contains: Wheat Flour, Calcium Sulphate, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamine.

Details : Both may also contain nuts. Storage: Store in a cool dry place.
