A praline based on the typical Cuneo chocolate. A crunchy chocolate shell hides a soft core of dark ganache, they're decadently rich and perfect for Christmas.
In their words " Mandrile Melis Cuneese are created according to tradition: the handmade ganache is poured on a chocolate disk, to emulate the gestures of the pastry chef with a piping bag. The poured ganache is cooled and finally covered with a crunchy layer of dark chocolate. This craft process makes each chocolate unique in its form."

I have resisted the temptation to sample these delicous looking chocolates. I have bought them to use in my Advent Calander so can not comment as to the taste at this time.
