Light, easy drinking green tea from China
A light, smooth and quite mellow China loose leaf green tea with a touch of sweetness about it. Fresh and very easy to drink.
Brewing the best cup. One teaspoon per cup. Boiling water is too fierce for green teas. So, for just-off the boil water, simply boil the kettle, let it sit for two to three minutes, then brew your tea, 3+ mins, a little honey or sugar, no milk.
Chun Mee (or Zhen Mei) means 'Precious Eyebrow' which, as well as being the cutest name, also describes the teas eyebrow shaped appearance.

My first foray into Green tea and was pleasantly surprised, not wishy-washy at all. I will make it a daily ritual.
