INGREDIENTS
6 heaped teaspoons Rum Punch Infusion
800ml fruit juice
800ml ginger beer
Dark rum
Serves 4
Method
Pour 300ml water (roughly the amount of a large mugful!) over six heaped teaspoons of
Rum Punch in a saucepan, bring to the boil. Next, reduce the heat and add your fruit juice; we think that orange or pineapple are good choices. Then add the ginger beer and however much dark rum you fancy- about 200ml or so. Simmer for about five minutes, taking care not to boil and then strain into mugs. Garnish with slices of orange or a cinnamon stick if you're feeling super festive!
