Summer coffee indulgence at its best.
Ingredients
2 scoops of chocolate or vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
2 shots cold espresso
Couple of ice cubes
Whipped cream, chocolate syrup / cocoa powder & a straw ( not necessary but very nice )
Method
Blend the coffee and ice cream together in a blender until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a couple splashes of milk to loosen it up. If it is too thin, add a little more ice cream and pulse to smooth out.
Pour the milkshake into one very large or two medium sized glasses.
Add couple of ice cubes, top with a very generous head of whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Serve immediately.
