Peachy perfect Summer iced tea


6 teaspoons of Peach & Ginger black leaf tea
Small tin of peach slices or a couple of fresh peaches


Brew the tea with half a litre of just off the boil water, for about five minutes, then strain and leave to cool down.  Chop up the peaches a little and put into a big pitcher along with the juice and the brewed tea and top with cold water and ice. Give it all a big stir and add sugar syrup to taste.
