2 teaspoons of Green Tea
200ml of water
A fresh lime or lemon
Soda Water
Sprinkling of sugar


Brew your tea for a few minutes with hot water and a teaspoon of sugar, strain and put aside to cool down. Get two tall glasses and rim them with lime juice and sugar, add your cooled tea, a little lime zest and top up with soda water and lots of ice.
Adding a shot of vodka is optional but having a straw to hand is compulsory!
Garnish with lime slices.
